Our Apple Cider Cinnamon Roll at @dominiqueanselworkshop: fluffy brioche swirled with caramelized apple butter, cinnamon sugar, and fresh Granny Smith apples, topped with apple cider cream cheese frosting. One of my favorite new pastries here in Flatiron, available daily (pro tip: it tastes even better warmed up, ask our team!).

NYC, ok we heard you: We’ll be keeping our Butter Vanilla Soft Serve on the menu at @papadamournyc through the end of the year! 😀🍦🧈 Earlier this year, we first created something we thought would be a summer special, and we’ve loved welcoming you all in to try it. Think: creamy vanilla bean soft serve made with organic A2 milk, dipped in a thin layer of Isigny Ste. Mère French butter, with a sprinkle of fleur de sel to finish (there’s a mochi surprise at the bottom of the waffle cone too). One final weekend of our Hong Kong Curry Fishball Roll at @papadamournyc: stewed Hong Kong-style curry fishballs with shallots caramelized with Tsingtao beer, set atop a flaky Szechuan peppercorn-studded laminated brioche roll. Finished with toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander, and served warm. Here at 64 University through tomorrow Sun 11/30 only, and stay tuned for more weekend specials coming up soon.

Last chance to preorder our @papadamournyc Satsumaimo Sweet Potato & Persimmon pie for Thanksgiving. Silky Satsumaimo (Japanese sweet potato) custard and Fuyu persimmon jam are framed in a brown sugar sablé crust, finished with vanilla bean Chantilly on top. Gorgeous.
